ONTARIO - A 17-year-old Sudbury male is facing a charge of impaired driving and failing a breath test after residents of Sunvalley Road reported a vehicle in the ditch.
Greater Sudbury Police arrived just before 2 a. m. Sunday morning and found the vehicle and the 17-year-old. The youth cannot be named because of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
At the time of the accident the driver had several teenage passengers with him, said police. None of those people were injured. The breath tests showed readings of almost three times the legal limit.
